I just thought I would write to tell you that I have recently become a regular at one of your restaurants. Because I cannot afford Starbucks coffee, and because your coffee is equally as great (and about half the price), I have switched over. I have to tell you about the customer service I have recieved from A&W. I have never experienced such fabulous customer service than at the A&W I mentioned in this email. The morning manager (I dont know his name!) is always so cheerfull, as well as another emplyee (I think his name is Isaac). It is something I look forward to in the morning before work. Anyways, I just thought that I should write it in an email to let you know how great a job they're doing. Keep up the good service!

The A&W on the Dundas location was just like the A&W that I remember! The service was quick and friendly and I seemed a sense that I was wanted. The food, as always, was perfect and exceptionally delicious and the restaurant had a pleasant and clean atmosphere. I will definately come back time and time again! Our church youth group was returning from a conference in Edmonton last night, May 30th, about 8:30PM. We were one of many busloads of teenagers that arrived at Gasoline Alley travelling south at that time,and most of our group chose to go to the A & W. We would like to commend the young people on staff during that very busy time, they were extremely courteous and efficient. The line snaked to the door,and it took about half an hour for me to reach the front, bearing in mind there were about 40 people ahead of me, and still the girls were polite and cheerful. Please, extend to them our heartfelt thanks for their service, they were incredible representatives of your organization.

Hi there! Just a note to let you know that we have never been disappointed with A&W anywhere but that the food at the Davidson location is exceptional!! It is on the highway between Regina (we are from Regina) & Saskatoon and has become our favourite stop if we are travelling over the dinner hour. The food always tastes fresh and homemade. I can't say that I have ever been excited to tell anyone about fast food....but this is definitely a refreshing difference! Thanks!

Dundas Street East (just opened), London, Ontario

Thank you for whoever the person is who sat at a boardroom table and said, "Why don't we go back to the way it used to be?"...and the CEO who approved the idea. Over 40 years ago, "our" A. & W. in London, Ontario was our favourite place to be. As we got older and they all disappeared (as did our youth!), we tried a couple of the "mall" outlets and were horribly disappointed. We middle-aged old farts remember what it "used to be" like and just couldn't find anything to come close.
Today, the newest free-standing A. & W. in London east was finally not packed with customers since it opened and we decided to give it one last try.

What a wonderful surprise and experience. And CONEY FRIES too!!! Service was friendly in the drive through, the food really was "like it used to be", and we enjoyed every bite and slurp! Thank you for taking us back to our much easier, less complicated and A. & W. stuffed youth!

We will be back..again and again.
