Details :
English Muffin: enriched flour, water, yeast, cornmeal, salt, vegetable oil (canola or soybean), glucose-fructose/sugar, monocalcium phosphate, calcium proprionate, calcium sulphate, ammonium chloride, wheat gluten, acetylated tartaric acid esters of mono and diglycerides.
Egg: fresh, Canada grade A, medium.
Processed Cheddar Cheese: cheese (milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, rennet and/or microbial enzyme, calcium chloride, colour, lipase), modified milk ingredients, water, sodium citrate and /or sodium phosphate, glucose, salt, acetic acid, sorbic acid, soy lecithin, carboxymethylcellulose, colour.
Margarine: Canola oil, water, modified palm and palm kernel oils, salt, vegetable monoglycerides, soya lecithin, sodium benzoate, citric acid, natural flavour, colour, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3.
